The Role ... 

With over 4000 people in Technology across 4 Divisions and 17 different locations, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role shaping the future operating model across Technology.  

Following recent mergers, we are embarking on an initiative – Cross Divisional Technology Operating Model (CDTOM) – that will develop and formalise how we share and develop capabilities across Technology globally.

This large scale, long term initiative requires an experienced business analyst to collate and assess data to determine future requirements and work across workstreams to deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to key senior stakeholders.


What you'll be doing... 

• Collate information, gather and complete detailed business analysis, outlining challenges, opportunities and solutions for future state operating model proposals
• Develop consolidated outputs of workshops / meetings to guide Stakeholders in making decisions by providing adequate and accurate amount of information in a format suitable for making necessary comparison of options
• Ensure effective communication and understanding of direction to relevant stakeholders
• Tailor and customise information / data at the right level for the audience involved
• Produce high quality, Ex-Co ready, outputs, proposals and status updates.
• Support the Strategy Manager & Lead Strategic Business Analyst to achieve the overall goals for CDTOM
• Act as an ambassador for CDTOM initiative across the group
