The HR Operations Reward Analyst will work with and provide administrative and operational support to the divisional and specialised Reward teams across UK&I, International and Group. Under the management of the HR Operations Reward Manager, they will be play a key role in administrative processes related to reward letter and template production/creation, reward process operationalisation, and broader Workday administration activities and analysis including: processing grade change activities and Reward data maintenance, audit and reporting.
