The Role
The Lead People Partner (Lead PP) will be responsible for working with the People Director, senior leaders and stakeholders in planning, executing and driving the strategic People's agenda for the location.
Will be responsible for managing a team of people partners, ensuring they are developed and feel connected to the location People strategy and effectively connect with all professionals at all levels within the location and relevant divisions.
With a strong strategic and analytic mindset, the Lead PP should have the ability to translate Technology business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities and should be able to work with the wider People Team and subject matter experts on multi-disciplinary projects/responsibilities, including employee relations, performance management, diversity and inclusion, engagement and retention activities, as well as an understanding of compensation and benefits and talent development activity.
