The selected candidate will work in an international HR team and will be responsible for all aspects of the HR service to the business, ensuring outstanding results by delivering value-add, best-in-class HR support.

What You'll Be Doing... 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the relationships with Blip Managers and their teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
• Support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching.
• Driving team effectiveness through org design, advice & coaching, and team development
• Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the HR team in terms of Portuguese employment legislation, policies, and practices.
• Support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
• Deliver on business-critical HR-related projects.
• Ensure alignment of HR-related programs by partnering with peers and colleagues in Romania, Dublin and London, and other EU locations and also across the group.
• Ensure that all global policies and procedures are adjusted to the local legislation and effectively implemented.
