The Role...

The Tooling Analyst's primary responsibility is to manage and evolve the ecosystem of activity that surrounds our workflow management tool. This includes development of the tool itself to introduce or optimise the functionality it provides, by working with our users and the vendor to identify opportunities and implement solutions respectively. In addition to evolving the tool, the role is expected to establish appropriate practices and processes within the team and the wider business where the end users reside. There will also be an ongoing need to lead on small projects and solution design in support of other workstreams. At all times the Analyst will be expected to be cognisant of potential issues around data quality and integrity, which would pose a risk to downstream usage of the data from the tool. As needed, support to end users will also be provided through the various support channels.
