As part of the group Global Betting Platform (GBP) function, the Project Manager will integrate the team accountable for the GBP platform adoption process. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Implementation team will supply the required level of oversight, support and guidance providing the vision and direction for effective platform adoption, consulting Group Divisions on:
adoption best practices, standards, tooling and automation
structured adoption planning
structured resource planning
integration process of the GBP capabilities
As a Project Manager you will guide and coordinate the end to end effort for on-boarding of the Global Betting Platform product by multiple Flutter Group divisions;
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex technological integration projects that imply material organisational change.
What You'll be Doing...
Have a clear understanding of the Shared Codebase model for GBP in order to provide expert advisory for the divisions integrating this platform into their scope of business;
Contribute towards the creation and maintenance of a divisional GBP adoption blueprint;
Be able to articulate the GBP shared codebase strategy into actionable delivery plans;
Define the goals to be attainable and the variables that will be measured to determine the GBP adoption success.
Support the process of identifying, raising and tracking requirements to have an independent hosting platform where GBP can be operated;
Provide recommendations and guidance on resource hiring and upskilling plans for a division to be ready to adopt the multiple shared codebase roles;
Work with teams across locations and functions to convey tangible, impactful change across the Group;
Deliver clear, consistent and insightful reporting on projects progress, risks and issues;
Design and execute best in class communication strategies for a global audience;

We'd love to see:
Proven experience on organisational adoption processes of complex software systems based on service-oriented architectures from Operational, Functional and Architectural perspectives;
Proven project management experience preferably in large scale, global change projects;
Having an understanding of the gambling sector would be an advantage;
Exposure to inner source practices, processes and culture would be a an advantage;
Proven experience working in a culturally diverse environment;
