The Role

The TA Lead will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees in a company. Will also be responsible for leading a small team of Recruiters, Junior Talend Acquisitions Specialist or Talent Acquisitions Specialist.

Working in partnership with Blip's hiring managers and People team will be responsible for connecting deeply with the business to roll out the talent acquisition strategies and to build effective sourcing and assessment tolls in-line with the needs of the business.

 

What you´ll Be Doing…

  • Build and advance relationships with the key stakeholders;
  • Lead a small team of Recruiters, Junior Talent Acquisitions Specialist or Talent Acquisitions Specialist.
  • Support the development and make the roll-out of the TA strategy and continue the Talent Acquisition evolution in the region by partnering with the leaders to understand priorities and talent impacts;
  • Ensure existing processes and policies are being followed and identify opportunities to advance;
  • Leverage existing tools to streamline and remove non-value added work;
  • Energize, motivate and provide vision & direction to the team;
  • Manage third party vendors and supplier relationships; and ensure vendor performance metrics are appropriate and monitored;
  • Calibrate with Blip hiring managers while using consultative skills to understand the needs and deliver high-quality candidates for respective business/functional areas;
  • Understand the talent market for the various business/functional areas;
  • Use Data as a management principle, ensuring great TA metrics and making data-based decisions;
  • Play a lead role in the design, plan and execution of employer branding initiatives.

 

We hope you have…

  • Bilingual and Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Experienced leading and developing Talent Acquisition A+ Talent (1 year)
  • Passionate about people and focused in delivering an outstanding inclusive recruiting experience for Candidates and Hiring Managers;
  • Experience working for a multinational company (preferred)
  • Experienced in managing diverse partners from multiple locations;
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience with a combination of agency and in-house
  • Ability to partner effectively and collaborate with all teams in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, including the successful integration of innovative technology solutions
