The Role...

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, and enthusiastic Talent Support Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team!

As our Talent Support Partner, you will support recruitment initiatives, as well as all recruitment coordination and administration to ensure successful campaigns are delivered in line with agreed recruitment plans, SLAs & targets. Also, you will be building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for recruitment inquiries that come into the inbox or via telephone from prospective candidates, as well as responding promptly, or directing queries, to colleagues.

You will work in a close and collaborative team to deliver outstanding experiences across the candidate's lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries and will support the team in the interview booking, advertising, shortlisting and logistics of the recruitment cycle. You will support with ad hoc recruitment projects, including industry and candidates' events, careers fairs and open days. 

What You'll be Doing... 

  • Interview scheduling involving hiring managers, ensuring interviews are booked in all calendars with confirmation emails.
  • Keeping a log of interviews and candidates that are confirmed for weekly updates.
  • Organise video interviews and meetings through the internal VC system.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition management, specialists, hiring managers, Internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the hiring process is smooth and efficient.
  • Ensure all administration for the recruitment team is completed on a timely, accurate and consistent basis.
  • Assist with the maintenance of in-house and external recruitment platforms.
  • Reporting.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the team when dealing with various internal and external business channels.
  • To conduct workshops or training sessions in regards to the TA activity, guidelines & policies to the team & business.
  • Assisting with Ad hoc requests as they arise.


What We're Looking For... 

  • Experience working in an administrative high volume Talent Acquisition environment is preferred.
  • Strong technological skills particularly in Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Workday & Zoom.
  • Experience of working with various departments and management levels across the business.
  • Work alongside the team to successfully execute the ambitious hiring roadmap.
  • Create engaging relationships both with candidates and internal hiring managers with the goal of creating a memorable candidate experience.
  • Support with Linkedin sourcing when needed.
  • Great communication & negotiation skills.
  • Calendar management and meeting scheduling experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with our local recruitment policies and processes.
  • English fluency.
