The Role...

The Talent Attraction Strategist is the key person we need in our team to find our missing pieces. By using both passive and active sourcing, this person will be responsible for ensuring that our candidate pipeline has the best talent in the marketplace.

What You'll be Doing... 

  • Be the first point of contact with candidates;
  • Leverage data, your market knowledge and market trends to build and implement creative sourcing strategies;
  • Support our team with the best talent acquisition strategies around emerging talent initiatives;
  • Organize and attend events, such us, Open Days, Career Fairs, Tech Challenges and others;
  • Establish and maintain a stable candidate pipeline that produces a high volume of candidates entering the final stages of our recruitment process
  • Proactively approach relevant talent using a variety of networking techniques and tools;
  • Candidate experience - Champion the “every candidate is a customer” mentality and ensure this culture is inherent in everything we do;

What We're Looking For... 

  • A track record for working and recruiting at pace and a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Passion different sourcing techniques in order to find the best talent for hard-to-fill positions
  • Knowledge of Boolean search methods
  • Proven ability to screen and interview against a competency framework
  • Excellent communications skills (Portuguese and English).
